The stay at the auberge and in this part of the town certainly was great value. Everything was first-class. - Amazingly efficient staff. - Magnificent views of the lake. - the restaurant here was very nice with fabulous food.

Clean hotel in a neat building just next door to the bistro, beautiful walking paths, the ferry. Pleasant staff, fast check-in and cosy bar. Incredible location and great facilities. A quite comfortable stay on vacation and great value.

I've had a really really nice stay on vacation. The room with a very comfortable bed was great value. The hotel had a stunning and magnificent location close enough to town to access good restaurants etc.

I really enjoyed my stay on vacation. I was given a spotless and immaculate room with an updated bathroom. - the WiFi was good, and the beds and lighting were great. I had a fantastic time at Auberge De La Pointe in Riviere-du-Loup. My room was clean and tidy with a modern bathroom. the WiFi worked well, and the beds were comfortable. the lighting in the room was also excellent. It was a truly enjoyable stay during my vacation.

It was a one night stay over midway to our final destination. It was restful away from traffic yet close to services such as food, gas, etc.. The room was spacious and clean.

Although listed as a 4 star hotel, the room needs refurbishing. For instance the carpet was worn and stained or showed cigarette burns.

Everybody were very polite and giving good service.The package for supper and breakfast was fantastic. Very good food.

The hotel was quaint and the view of the St.Lawrence fantastic.

There was no air conditioning in the hotel room. If this can't be fixed at the very least they could install ceiling fans. Fortunately we could open a sliding door but there was no cross breeze obviously.
